Kerri Strauss joined the Princeton‑Blairstown Center in 2025, bringing with her a deep commitment to nonprofit leadership and community impact. Before joining PBC, Kerri ran a successful consulting business providing strategic leadership to organizations, and held key executive roles in the nonprofit sector including interim CEO of United Way of Greater Union County, director of the 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) after-school K-12 enrichment program and summer camp at Northeast Bradford School District, and a decade serving as Executive Director of United Way of Bradford County.

A Pennsylvania native who grew up in the Girl Scouts and later served in AmeriCorps, Kerri brings a lifelong commitment to community service and nature‑based learning to her work at PBC. She holds an M.S.W. from Kutztown University and has built a twenty‑year career in nonprofit leadership and community impact. Kerri is deeply passionate about expanding access to high‑quality, equity‑driven programming and ensuring that all young people have opportunities to grow and thrive.

Kerri leads with a collaborative spirit, a focus on innovation, and a steadfast belief in the power of nature‑based learning to change lives. Under her leadership, PBC continues to broaden its reach, deepen its impact, and advance its long‑standing mission of empowering youth to succeed.
