Ashley experienced a unique journey to this role, having attended PBC programming numerous times as a chaperone with her students from Hudson Arts and Science Charter School where she taught English Language Arts. Her focus as an ELA teacher was helping students think, express themselves, and find their voice. She began as the LIT Mentor during 2026 before moving into the EEF role.
